Our Mission

At 24Karat, we are dedicated to engineering excellence, fostering innovation, and building strong teams. [1] Our mission is to inspire creativity and technical mastery, while achieving success in robotics competitions and beyond. [1] We are a fourth-year FTC robotics team from Northeast Ohio, composed of 10 members from grades 7-12, and are part of the non-profit organization KSS robotics. [3]

Through countless hours of designing, building, and programming, our team has developed a deep understanding of STEM principles and the ability to collaborate and innovate under pressure. [2] Our passion for robotics is paired with a commitment to mentoring younger teams and engaging with our local community. [2]

Our Achievements

Team 24Karat has been recognized for our dedication to excellence in both robotics and community outreach. [2] We were honored to be named a “Bridge Builders” finalist at the 2025 Chicago Robotics Invitational for our outstanding performance in community outreach and collaboration. [2] This recognition highlights our commitment to STEM outreach and mentorship. [2]

Furthermore, we are proud to have won the Inspire Award, which has given us the incredible opportunity to represent Ohio at the prestigious FIRST Tech Challenge World Championship. [2] This milestone is a testament to our hard work, creativity, and dedication to the spirit of FIRST. [2]

Our Robot: Amphitrite

Meet Amphitrite, our latest masterpiece in robotics! [6] This custom robot is a lightweight marvel at just 22 lbs, crafted from 22 carbon fiber plates and numerous 3D-printed PA6 carbon fiber components. [6] Some of its standout features include a 430 RPM drivetrain, a custom intake system, an innovative linear rail differential system, and a 42-inch horizontal extension. [6] Amphitrite represents the best of our team’s ingenuity and dedication. [6]
